CUSTOM COOKIE POLICIES
1. To avoid miscommunication, all information regarding your order will be confirmed via email. If you do not see emails from Kallie's Cookies and/or The Coffee Shop, please check your spam folders.
2. We will work to match colors and designs, but we will use our decorating styles and techniques. No design will be identical to inspiration pictures. All designs will have our unique and artistic touch.
3. Any use of animals, characters, logos, patterns, and portraits will be printed onto the cookie. We will customize the design, and we will decide what looks best with your specific requests. Please include all relevant details and double check your information before submitting your order form.
4. Refunds for custom orders will not be issued.
